In 2002, a close friend of the family lost her teenage daughter to brain cancer. At the time, she was the only person I knew around my age to pass away. It really hit me hard, and words can't say how much I love her mother- she's such a sweet woman, and I felt so bad for her. I remember the day like it was yesterday.

I was randomly thinking about them today, and this resulted.
