Twenty One Pilots Poster

My entry for the Twenty One Pilot contest! This is for the song "Holding On To You."

Really had a blast with this one, and I really like how it's nothing at all like my usual stuff. I'm fasinated by the concept of Dia de los Muertos, and combined that imagery with the Twenty One Pilots' skeletal branding. Based on the idea of not letting someone go due to fear of the unknown, and letting that consume you. I love, love, love this song and hope I did it justice.

Tumblr fun

Made these for a Tumblr challenge! The theme was First Meetings.

From top to bottom: Being Human (Mitchell and George), Torchwood (Gwen meets Torchwood), and Chuck (Chuck and Sarah). I cannot express how much I love how they shot Gwen's entrance to Torchwood. So pretty!

Lazy Bones

Above is a sketch I did for a contest with a theme, "Lazy bones."

I've been feeling really inspired as of late! I went with my family and saw Despicable Me today, and loved it. Great story, beautiful animation. I also bought these two Tangled books, because the illustrations inside are gorgeous and I can't wait for the Art of book.

Here's to a productive week off!
